A hack counts when a Justice Department, SEC, CFTC or OFAC document about theft or laundering names the hacked project. The enforcement ledger is complete from January 2024, so this shows which hacks have reached a US court since then, not every case ever brought. Cases whose documents don’t name the project, such as sanctions on laundering networks, aren’t counted. Charges are allegations unless a plea, conviction or settlement is stated.
